(Memphis TN, July 18, 2024) Today, Memphis-based Toof American Digital Printing (“Toof AD”) announced it has acquired Memphis-based wide-format printer
Amplify, Inc. (Amplify”).

Amplify, Inc., founded in 2021 by Jeff Cowens, is a full service wide-format printer of signage, banners and displays. It currently provides services to the retail,commercial, educational and sports industries. Stillman McFadden, President of Toof AD, stated “We cannot be more excited to have the Amplify team joining our operations. Their equipment base will further enhance our efforts to grow our wide-format printing business.”

Mr. Cowens, President of Amplify, will be joining the Company as its Vice President responsible for the management of the new Division.

Toof AD, founded in 1864 and celebrating its 160th anniversary this year, is a full service commercial printer offering web and sheetfed offset printing, digital printing, direct mail services and fulfillment. The company currently serves customers within all lower 48 states as well as in the United Kingdom.
